Now it is possible to open small and low-cost medical centers – similar to polyclinics – where they are urgently needed. Ambulatory public health institutions, such as the Mobile Clinic, provide basic medical care. Most people with acute and chronic diseases, injuries, wounds, etc., will be able to undergo diagnostics and treatment, including delivery, in a similar clinic. These means of service are necessary, since the centers and hospitals in large cities are overcrowded, the distances are very long and the waiting time is too long.

In addition to equipping and installing instruments and equipment, the Humanitarian Aid Fund (HCF) offers to give seminars and training sessions in Germany and Switzerland, not only for auxiliary medical staff, but also for personnel responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. We also plan to develop medical services using remote diagnostic services / telemedicine.

Main characteristics of the regional Mobile clinic

Total required area:

A plot of land of approximately 1,000 sqm provided by the client for the construction of the Mobile clinic.

Approximately 3,000 square meters are required to install a photovoltaic system (solar power station) with a power of 400 kW

If more power is required, it requires an increase in the area.

Planning, supply and construction: Fund (HFC) or its partners
Premises and equipment for a medical institution: Fund (HFC) or its partners
Training of specialists: On-site and in Germany. On-site assistance if it is required by the German doctors. Support and advice from professionals, as well as potential access to medical expert assessment in accordance with German standards.
Maintenance and repair: Local companies can attend workshops based on the fund. Local project management.
Conditions of supply: By agreement
Wear parts: Supply of HCF funds or regional companies
Terms of payment: By agreement

From the laying of the first brick of the Mobile clinic until the completion of the construction work

The calculation of the total cost is based on the required size of the building (the base model is equipped with 10 beds), equipment taking into account medical technologies, energy management system, furniture and fittings, as well as the size of the photovoltaic system.

The required plot of land must be provided by the client, some construction work should be carried out on site, such as laying the base plate, including planned laying of sewer pipes, equipping various devices, for example, forklifts for installing objects, etc. The proper list will be provided by the HCF fund, allowing the buyer to carry out all the necessary activities after the delivery of containers. Moreover, we plan to cooperate with local companies in the field of project management.

Qualified personnel, doctors and medical profession/ nurses are required to ensure the stable operation of the regional Mobile hospital. Together with international organizations, the EU and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, the fund aims to attract qualified personnel responsible for planning and implementing the project in an appropriate manner. In this case, it will be successfully implemented.
